Manage your video content by updating the status of videos within the partnrUP platform.
From the Media Gallery
Navigate to the Media Gallery to quickly view and manage most recent content needing review and feedback or approvals.
The Media Gallery displays a grid of product videos, each showing a thumbnail, the creator's name, the date, product featured, and the current status.
Update Video Status
Select a Video
Locate the video you wish to watch.
Hover over the video thumbnail to reveal a play button. You may click the Play button to preview the video if needed. Click the video thumbnail to select it.
Open the Pop Up Player
After watching the media. Click the three-dot menu icon associated with the selected video to open the context menu.
Update the Status
Select the desired status from the available options in the context menu.
This is the faster way to review and update your status and share feedback on content in your workspace without needing to navigate into the project.
Using this approach allows you to review all pending content across different projects or campaigns at once, saving you time and effort.
