Overview
Manage influencer campaigns efficiently with gen.video by organizing projects, assigning products, and providing briefing materials. This allows you to streamline your workflow and enhance collaboration with creators.
Project Setup
Modifying a Project
You can modify the project name and style.
To change the theme color, open the Custom Appearance dropdown menu and select your desired theme color.
Deleting a Project
If a campaign is canceled or needs revisions, you can delete the project.
Open the dropdown menu and select the Delete Project button.
Resource Management
Importing Resources
Import creators, products, and files from your workspace using the side tray.
Assigning Products
Assign products to a project.
You can link all creators to one product, or assign many different products. To assign a product to an influencer, click the Add to Project button. A modal will appear displaying the product image and description.
The "Added to Project" modal shows the selected product.
You can remove a product from the project by clicking the Remove button.
You can also add products via URL, spreadsheet, or your Amazon account.
A search bar is available to help you find products.
Briefing Materials
Accessing Briefing Files
You can access briefing files which contain creative briefs and other supporting materials.
Hover over the Briefing Files button to access briefing files.
Click the Briefing Files button to open the briefing files modal.
This modal shows a list of available briefing files for your project.
