Manage creators to organize and streamline influencer marketing campaigns.
Adding Creators to Projects
Open the Add Creators to Project sidebar.
You can add creators using the following methods: pasting social media links, adding via spreadsheet, or searching.
Via the Side Panel
Creators added via the side panel are accessible to all projects within the current workspace.
Select creators in the side panel to pitch them for a campaign. The added creators are moved to the project. Close the sidebar when finished.
Adding Creators by Spreadsheet
Click Add By Spreadsheet to add creators from a spreadsheet.
You can also click Download Excel Template to download a template.
Select a creator from the list, then click Add Creator to confirm.
Adding Creators by Searching
Type the name of a creator into the Search textbox, then click the Search icon or press Enter.
Search results are displayed.
A loading indicator may be visible while results load.
Select a creator from the search results and click Add Creator to add them to your project.
Customizing View
You can customize the view of the creator table.
You can scroll through the table using the scroll bar.
The pagination control shows the number of rows displayed. You can change views using the Views button, which includes options for Team Views and Albums. You can also customize the view by hiding/unhiding columns, grouping data points, or filtering the data.
Hiding/Unhiding Columns
Click the Hide Columns button and select or deselect checkboxes to choose which columns to hide or show.
Click outside the dropdown menu to close it and apply changes.
Grouping Data Points
Click the Group button and select a field to group the data by from the Group By dropdown menu.
The table view updates to reflect the selected grouping.
Filtering Data
Click the Filter button to open the filter modal.
Select a field to filter by from the dropdown menu. You can scroll through the options in the dropdown menu. Enter your filter criteria and click Add Filter.
