Sharing Influencer Post Concepts
Once you have the template open, click the hyperlinked numbered influencer name. Rename it with their actual handle. Then, add their respective Creative Concepts below.
Enter the influencer's name and click Apply.
After updating the name and description for each influencer, copy the link for each influencer's name and place it in the Creative Concept column within your project.
Adding Links to Creative Concepts
After you've added all the creative content, right-click each URL. Then copy the image to the clipboard.
Copying URLs and Setting Approval Dates
In your project, locate the section where you need to place the influencer URLs.
After copying the URL, paste it into the corresponding column for each influencer. This helps track the creative concepts easily.
Find the link for the influencer.
Right-click and select 'Copy link address'.
Go to your project and locate the
Creative Conceptcolumn.Paste the copied URL into the correct row for each influencer.
Next, add the approval date for the creative concept. This date indicates by when you want the client to approve the concept. This helps keep the process on schedule.
Identify the column labeled
Approval Date.Enter the desired approval date for each creative concept.
Client Concept Approval
After you've added all URLs and approval dates, it's time to send the concepts to the client for feedback or approval. You can do this by 'Sharing with Client' the Creative Concept view and providing them instructions on how to work with the file links and check off concept approved when they are satisfied.
Update Status to Production
Once the client approves the creative concept, you should change the pre-production status to production. This indicates that the influencer is ready to start creating content.
