Upload Content

Select Upload Method

To add new media assets to your library, select 'Upload'. Choose between basic upload or advanced upload to add details like creators and product tags during the upload process.

Select Files for Upload

Click 'Browse Files' to open your file explorer. Locate and select the video or static image files you want to add to the platform. The files begin processing upon selection.

Tag Assets

Tag Creators

To tag creators, select the checkbox next to the asset. Use the 'Choose from existing creators' dropdown to select the relevant influencer. Click 'Save' to apply the tag. Repeat this process to add multiple creators.

Tag Products

To associate products with your media, select the checkbox next to the asset. Use the 'Choose from existing products' dropdown to select the product, or add a product URL directly. Click 'Save' to apply the product association.

Save Creator Tags

After selecting a creator, click 'Save' to confirm and apply the creator tag to the asset. Continue adding and saving tags for multiple creators on the same asset.

Name and Describe Assets

Name Asset

Enter a clear and descriptive name in the 'Asset Name' field to organize and identify your content. For example, specify the platform and cutdown, such as 'TikTok cutdown' or 'Meta cutdown'.

Name Assets Clearly

When naming your assets, be specific about the platform and cutdown, like 'TikTok cutdown' or 'Meta cutdown', to avoid confusion later.

Describe Asset

Enter relevant details in the 'Description' field for production-only assets. Specify the intended platform or other pertinent information to ensure clarity for all users.

Save Asset Details

Click 'Save' after entering the asset name and description to finalize and store the metadata. This makes the asset searchable and manageable within the platform. You can then proceed to the next asset or complete the upload.

Manage Media Library

View Uploaded Media

Navigate to the media library to view all uploaded assets, including videos and images, with their associated metadata. Review your content to confirm all details are saved correctly.

Organize Media

Utilize sorting, filtering, and categorization options in the media library to organize your assets. Create albums or assign status labels like 'Approved' or 'In Review' to efficiently manage content for campaigns.
